Innovation

To join the machinemonitor® team you have to share our values of customer service, pre-emptive problem solving and innovation. Have you got what it takes?

Our open positions are below.

  • When you first start you will get a lot of training. Beyond skills however, machinemonitor are very serious about safety.

Your work will depend on whether you’re a graduate or have experience.

As a graduate, you will start with office-based training from senior engineers and colleagues. Our aim is to make you feel supported, not just supervised.

Over time and with support you will build up your knowledge, experience and confidence.

For experienced individuals, career paths are tailored with your aspirations a priority.

We deal with very valuable equipment that are critical assets for our clients. Our reputation over decades has been built on quality people doing quality work, reliably and being on the ground, available to solve problems and avert accidents and failures. We don’t take risks. So by the time you are out in the field, you will be ready.

Expect to travel around Australia and possibly internationally to assit clients at their site.

We support some of the largest organisations in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific region.

We have offices around Australia and a base in New Zealand for new graduates and experienced field engineers.

  • We are very good at what we do. In some cases we are the best in our field.

We offer an immersive and diverse learning environment.

Whether you are a graduate joining our organisation or an experienced engineer, your time at machinemonitor® will deliver a rich diversity of experience and knowledge.

Our engineers have told us that what they value most is the variety of work and locations. You’re not just doing the ‘same 4 weeks over and over’.

So are you up for it?

  • You have to have a passion for electrical engineering.

Every other week you will be seeing a different type of machine with a different problem so you need to have attention to detail, be curious, disciplined and have situational awareness, especially considering safety.

You consider yourself to be a problem solver with initiative and strong commitment to safety.

As we are working with multimillion-dollar assets that are critical and expensive infrastructure for the country, we value people who follow the procedures and protocols and can keep a cool head when the pressure is on.
